"I think this is the most beautiful view in Chicago."
I turn my head to look at Carter, as he looks out over the Navy Pier and then toward Lake Michigan. My eyes are totally on him as I agree. Stopped at the top of the Ferris wheel, I want to kiss him, but know he's not yet comfortable with being affectionate with me in public.
A thrill runs through me as his hand touches my cheek, his eyes dark and intense as he says he loves me before a million fireworks explode within my heart as our lips meet.
